We’re very proud to have received 2 impactful awards.
We obtained 76.5% positive feedback to the EngagementIndex® 30 model, which assesses the well-being of our employees by taking into account their feelings about their professional development, work environment, management, recognition, mission, and sustainability. Improving the well-being of our employees is a constant concern for us.
A company's job is first and foremost to be profitable by offering a useful service to customers. We are aware, on the other hand, that our employees aim to belong to a mission, but above all to generate the means that will enable them to live decently and achieve their personal goals. So we do our best to listen to them and try to adapt our workplace interaction codes to make work an enriching experience.
We are delighted with 2023’s result, but we will continue in the same direction to improve our employees' working conditions as much as possible. Well done to all those who have contributed to this great success. If you're happy, we'll keep striving to make you even happier.
We also received the WeImpact award which symbolizes that our teams see us as a little more responsible daily thanks to our CSR policy. BES's Corporate Social Responsibility policy includes several elements:
- Since 2020 our headquarters has been in the Solaris building, one of the most passive buildings in Brussels featuring photovoltaic panels and rainwater recovery.
- Our car catalog includes electric vehicles or cars with less than 95g/CO2.
- We have offered the federal mobility plan since January 2023 where employees can be reimbursed for mobility expenses such as public transport tickets.
- We work with charities that campaign every day for a better world.
